…yes, I like constructive conflicts
Conflict has been part of my professional journey for many years. Across different roles and contexts, I have experienced how conflicts arise, how they develop, and how much the way we respond to them matters. My experience ranges from military peace support and the private sector to supporting individuals and organisations in navigating interpersonal and organisational conflict.
I hold a university Diploma of Advanced Studies in Mediation as well as a Master’s degree in Business Psychology. In addition, I have further specialised through professional training and certifications in peace-making, coaching, supervision and conflict resolution.
And yes: I like conflict. Not because disagreements are inherently pleasant, but because I believe that constructive disagreement is both possible and important. Conflict reveals what truly matters to us – our needs, expectations, boundaries and aspirations. Because ultimately, every relationship is also a form of negotiation.
For me, the goal is therefore not to avoid conflict at all costs. What matters is finding a way to navigate it that creates clarity, allows for respectful disagreement and fosters mutual understanding.
